Specialists at Queanbeyan Specialist Centre consult by referral. Here's how to arrange your appointment:
See your GP for a referral
To see a specialist at the Centre, you'll first need a referral from your GP. Your GP will assess your needs and direct your referral to the appropriate specialist.

Once your referral is received, the specialist's rooms will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment time.

A note on referrals:
In Australia, a standard GP referral is valid for 12 months from the date of your first appointment with the specialist. If your referral lapses or you're returning after this period, you'll need a new referral from your GP to continue receiving a Medicare rebate. A specialist-to-specialist referral is generally valid for 3 months.
